Both, it has been great to gain more knowledge and insight in order to develop existing skills and to learn new skills too.

The programme is pretty flexible, and together with my tutor, we look at when to book future modules which fit around work requirements, annual leave etc.

I feel very well supported. I'm able to take sufficient time for off the job learning and my employer is interested in my progress.

I feel very well supported by the training provider, and I know that I can call or email the tutor whenever I have any questions.
