100%, developed a large amount of Skills some of which are listed below: Presenting, Managing up, Sales, Time management, Product Knowledge.

Structure and Support

4/5
Very thought out Program and has had a lot of time spent to understand how us apprentices can see the most value from the 3.5 year course
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
We have weekly touch points with our managers allowing us to feel comfortable reaching out for support in any circumstance.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
We have a large amount of support, I believe it's slightly hindered by the University experience as it's meant to be a course which is more independent. However if we were struggling they would be more than happy to put time in the diary to talk.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It's still very early on in my degree so very hard to say at the moment.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are so many activities catered to every colleague allowing everyone to feel comfortable at work
