In my role, I rotate around the business on 6-month placements to my area of choosing. This has enabled me to gain a thorough understanding of the business and areas of interest.

I achieve amazing support from scheme leads, mentors and buddies. E.ON are transparent regarding expectations, responsibilities etc.

Derby Uni have been great in journey my degree and chartership. I often have review meetings and have always felt supported throughout my journey.

My degree is directly linked to E.ON. When writing my assignments, i focus the academia on E.ON and write about the business. This has enabled me to apply theory to my business whilst developing my own knowledge.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

E.ON offer numerous activities. I play in the business' football team and have attended numerous networking and social events over the past 4 years.
