We are in rotations across different teams in the business, where we follow projects and provide governance and compliance checks

Yes - professionalism, working remotely, communication to all types of individuals, as well as developing existing leadership or teamworkskills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

LSP have poorly structured our programme. We don't have clear information about our apprenticeship (it doenst help that a new programme for L4 Project Management has been introduced). We don't have clear messages about our EPA or APM exam and they take a ridiculously long time to respond to emails.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot - my manager and the future careers team are great.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

None besides our progress reviews. We did have 1:1 with our tutor but he left and the only session I did have with him was a conversation and wasn't structured.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It would be relevant if they gave us more frequent sessions, which were of a higher teaching quality.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes - I am a future careers Ambassador but there are lots of teams and activities, including volunteer days that we can get involved in. The future careers team hold regular socials too.
