The university tutors do all the teaching of content for the degree though they are brief with the assessment briefs as they want us to interpret it on our own. The assignment feedback is also sometimes lacking
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Learning the content definitely helps as i can apply different pieces of knowledge within my placement

Apprentices are encouraged to get involved with STRETCH activities but there are no extra curricular activities that i am aware of

Why?
It is a good company with lots of opportunity to develop, the degree apprenticeship scheme is a brilliant opportunity as you get a degree whilst getting work experience and getting paid
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Plan for the interviews as much as possible and look into BAE systems' morales and values
