Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

we move placements every 6 months so will have a total of 5 and 1 exit role, we all do different things in the supply chain side of the business, including rfq's material delivery, commodities, consumables, contracts
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

some jobs are slow but some are fast pace and have a higher turnover, the learning isnt what i expected with cips

How well organised/structured is your programme?

we have an early careers coach and she does well to move us and have monthly catch ups however she oversees a lot of apprentices so getting hold of her on a normal day can be hard and you are waiting a few days for an answer to a simple question

they will pay for you to learn and better your education they pay more than anyone in the area
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
research all the different roles before applying you can only apply for one at each level at a time and you wouldnt want to be stuck in a role you dont enjoy
