Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
I work in a programme within our solution portfolio area, supporting teams and projects as a functional lead. My team is responsible for the go-to-market strategy for our portfolio, ensuring scalability and managing online platforms for customer readiness. This involves handling business-as-usual activities and managing ongoing innovation projects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Now, I feel more confident in my project knowledge, and can manage expectations better. Additionally, shadowing colleagues at work gave me a new perspective on the project management role. Overall, the apprenticeship had a very positive impact on my learning and development.
