I lead the development of operational labour, stock margin and controllable costs for the UK retail business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Its incredibly rewarding. While challenging and a big time commitment its supporting me to work smarter and be more agile in my day to day work.

The apprenticeship so far has supported me to develop both my strategic thinking as well as my understanding of global cultural differences within the business environment.

The Programme has been really clear from day 1 with module dates and times, deadlines and expectations laid out as part of the onboarding process.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have all the support I need from the business and my line manager.

I have regular 121 meetings with my own Arden Coach who is very supportive and is always available to answer questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I'm only partially through my Programme but it is already helping to expand my thinking and consider the broader strategic impact of my work.
