Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
My apprenticeship has just advanced to the next stage which is learning the work I will be required to do by my employer. Prior to this from September to April I was in college full time learning basic domestic level 2 electrical work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
As I moved forward to the next phase of my apprenticeship i have been enjoying it much more than my time in college. I loved both aspects of the work I was learning but my current environment is much better.

4/5
I have learnt many new skills since beginning my apprenticeship and I continue to learn every day and I'm very thankful for the opportunity to learn these skills.

Whilst in college, there was many times I felt the organisation could have been improved. Especially the communication between my employer and the college. As well as the communication between my employers and the staff at the college.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
The support from BAE is fantastic.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
Sometimes the support from college was not what I initially expected and a lot of it seemed rushed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I cannot argue the skills I have learnt have helped me in my current role. I'm very greatful for the skills I have learnt.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
