I really enjoy the programme its varied, well supported and challenges me.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured, there is a full plan in place for the full apprenticeship but it is open to modification if there are specific goals i would wish to achieve. The apprenticeship has been tailored to achieving the degree qualification and supporting me to achieve it.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Excellent support from managers and functional leaders. They are approachable and always happy to discuss any issues/ opportunities i would like to raise.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training providers are accessible while at college and through e-mail and video calling when needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The assigments i have been tasked with completing have had cross-over with the work i have been given through my job role.

There are plenty of activities organised within the apprenticeship scheme , within college, within work and outside of work.

Well structured and supported apprenticeship offering plenty of job opportunities at the end of it. Plenty of stuff to do in the local area.
