Well structured hierarchy makes it easy to know who to talk to for work/help, extra-curricular run both by dedicated employees and also other apprentices.

Plenty of checkups in the year to check up and assist with progress.

Occasionally sent helpful documents and given presentations that outline what to expect and how to achieve.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Personally I have had the prior experience to know mostly how to perform, but it has helped in specific areas that i had't covered before.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There is a huge selection of stuff to go for, especially those within the STRETCH program. Regular events/days out/nights out planned and agreed on by teams makes the environment really inclusive.

Yes
Why?
Opportunity to work on something that not many people would otherwise get the chance, all while learning new skills, the ability to acquire many different qualifications in the process, and get paid for all of it.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Work hard, maybe try and learn some CAD systems if you can.
