Very frequent professional networking events and some less formal events gives me the opportunity to speak with new people. STEM activities also allow me to tell the youth about my experiences. Local rugby teams.

Why?
BAE provides a very stable apprenticeship programme which slowly allows the apprentice to progress in his career. They will be surrounded by loads of other apprentices with similar experience to what they will be getting.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Ensure you do as many STEM based activities (extra) so you can add more to your CV when applying.
