Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The activities were very varied
- Daily Q&A sessions with business representative of all teams and all levels
- Access to Bloomberg's BCM training about financial concepts and use of the terminal
- some games...:)
- Global Data and Analytics Helpdesk simulation

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The culture of the company was brilliantly conveyed.
The staff was constantly available and answering questions on a chat.
I now have a clear vision of the day to day life in each role, and I am more confident in my career choices.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very open and collaborative, which is rare, especially online. Everyone is invited to speak, no one is encouraged to "look more clever" than the others.
I even managed to create friendships with other Spring participants remotely!

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I really had a good time. I feel really grateful to have discovered a whole new world with Bloomberg. The financial knowledge I gained will definitely be useful in my career no matter what. I think I will stay in touch with some of the people I met. I was impressed by the background of all the employees, it was particularly motivational.

Be open, ready to ask question, ready to learn a lot.
Try and know a bit more about what the different teams do before applying.
I found out that most roles have a sale aspect, so it should be of interest for you.
You don't need to have technical skills, so don't be afraid to apply if you don't.
