Very well being a level 4 associate PM training is delivered by experienced professionals and very hands on rather than class room based

Quite alot of support is given from training and learning support to mental health.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Being a level 4 associate PM training is managed in-house by bae so there is alot of oversight on the training given and ensuring it is as relevant as possible to my job title
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very confident alot of things covered in training are directly tailored to my job title and alot of care is given to ensure I am ready to take my EPA
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes very much BAE uses stretch tasks optional business improvement tasks that are posted online and apprentices or graduates can team and take on to complete and implement themselves
