Developed a lot of new leadership and management skills during my time on the course, and ben able to use them practically in my day-to-day life.

Very well structured, bespoke system with all details and lots of information provided.

Lots of support from training provider, bi-weekly calls with development coach to track progress and discuss learnings. And also monthly workshops.

The skills learnt are definitely linked to my day to day work, I have been able to adapt my style and use new learnings during my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
There are employee networks to join, but there are not many social opportunities outside of work. The occasional after work meal/drink but mainly at Christmas - difficult as majority of team work remotely.
