extremely enjoy it. so much opportunity. amazing employees to learn from and my managers are superb at guiding me in a positive direction. nothing more i could ask for

developed professional skills within powerpoint, excel outreach. learnt how to build my personal brand, create and strengthen professional relationships. support projects that generate revenue. taking on responsibility and better understanding of self assessment of work. my knowledge of b2b sales and the way a business operates has increased massively

How well organised/structured is your programme?

really well structured. good split to allow time for both work tasks and university. good organisation due to training on calendar organising. support available at all times.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

always someone making sure we are doing okay. understanding your issues and helping solve them. they work very hard to make sure we are comfortable and able to exceed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

middlesex provide numerous resources to us, they take lots of time to make sure we understand tasks, as someone with ADD they have supported me really well as i go through the course
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

extremely. it is directly related to my day job. the learnings from both work and university can be translated seamlessly to benefit one another
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Many, i am part of the football team, attend the golf days. we also look to partner with programmes to network with other apprentices. to name just a few

Why?
I am given so many opportunities to learn and progress in my role. SAP is an amazing company to work for and every colleague i work with is so eager to support and guide me throughout tasks. they truly care about us as new talent in the company
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to SAP?
firstly, good luck! make sure you learn about SAPs vision and strategy. we are so much more than just a software company. each day SAP employees actively work towards making the world a better place and improving peoples lives. be passionate about the role you are looking to get.
