Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role consist of currently involving in PMO activities. Being involved in a large software project helping deliver solutions to one of our largest customers. Day-to-day also includes doing university work and balancing the 2. In some cases I go to client site and meet with important stakeholders to discuss topics for the project.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really do Enjoy my programme. There are many opportunities for development, workspace is a great environment, work is good and challenging. University work is applicable and supportive. Sometimes I wish I had more free time, but other than that I do enjoy my programme
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Definitely would say I gained so many skills. Including Excel and Powerpoint which is essential for my role. I also gained many soft skills such as presentations, active listening, and social aspect which is as important as the technical skills i gain in my day to day.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured. The on boarding process s at my workplace is very smooth and collaborative. University at first wasn't that well structured but has gone better overtime
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is a lot of support from SAP including colleagues, manager. Weekly-Bi-weekly catchups give constant opportunity for support which is very helpful
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training provider is very helpful. My personal PDE is supportive in my progress and what I can do to improve.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel in my workplace as a software vendor is very helpful in collaboration with my qualification. There is a lot of theory terms that I understand from my qualification that is used within the workplace.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is alot of social clubs outside of work, including language club, football teams, running team. However I do wish there was more, there is a good list to choose from. Networking events are very well structured and professional

Yes
Why?
Because there is so much support and the room for knowledge is endless. If you're looking for a software company with great culture and performance. SAP is the perfect place for that

Be confident! Be prepared to be overwhelmed with information, be eager to learn and stay opened minded.
