My job as a team leader is to manage the team making sure that they are performing to highest level they can and that they are doing their jobs with the business brand standards and make sure that the business is running smoothly and that the customers are having the best experience possible
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my program a lot as it’s really helped me to be a better leader I always struggles with confidence and this had really helped with that

My program is very well structured I have no difficulty finding things on it and if I do need any help with anything they are quick to assist me

I would recommend this company because they go above and beyond to help and support you in your corse and you role nothing is too much hasstle
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Greene King?
I would advise them to put time aside each day to get some work done so that you don’t get behind on your work because it’s so hard to catch up when you do
