i work in consumer market insight as an apprentice which involves:
- studying at an online college both monthly and weekly
- managing a budget across brands
- managing relationships between a brand team and research agencies to deliver innovation and engagement testing
- admin tasks such as booking meetings, sending minutes and agendas

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

- i found the course very difficult and hard to manage alongside the 4 day work role
- the job wasnt really what i thought it would be as i thought id be doing marketing but ended up doing research which isnt where my interests/passions naturally lie
- i am however very grateful of all the skills i have developed, people i have met and the overall opportunity i was given to work in such a big, corporate company

my job role is not exactly what i thought it would be, i think a do a lot more than i signed up for. it would of been great to have a job description before joining.

not much - i always had to ask for it and always got quite a hostile response
