Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role was a involved the day to day house keepings of the property portfolios i manage, i would now also complete the month end reporting and also be involved in more client interactions

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed my time on the programme massively and believe it has been a vital step in reaching my career aspirations

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i believe a number of my skills have improved massively, the main ones being:
- Time management
- Prioritising workload
- Competence in Excel and our in house bespoke accounting software

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

i think the programme is structured is now structured perfectly now they have had success with previous apprentices in the past which has helped to implement certain procedures to ensure the whole process runs smoothly.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

i received all the support i need and i think the company now has a great support network set up for future apprentices

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i received as much support as i felt necessary

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i don't feel the qualification helped with my day to tasks as much as i would of liked however there was a small cross over in certain areas.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
