Assisting lead brokers to help place insurance for clients. Requesting and drafting market reform contracts and endorsements. Organising client visits, communicating with underwriters.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I enjoy the program quite a lot as I enjoy the work I do. I do, however, struggle to complete my coursework and study as much support as I would like.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
better time management and organisation skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
There isn't a lot of communication with the apprenticeship team and we get very few 'sessions' for each module but the team I work within is very well structured and organised
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
I receive lots of support from my line manager and team but there is very little communication to the apprenticeship team regarding our coursework and exams.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
We have a few sessions to run through the basics but there's not a lot of support especially with coursework.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
I think the qualification helps learn the basics but I have learnt more when working with my team and learning from colleagues
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
We have networking events organised within my team quite often

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend WTW to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Because the team I work with are understanding of my studying time and there are other apprentices to help guide them through the program
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to WTW?
Be yourself and make sure that you can work independently and have the motivation to study outside of work hours
