My role is to analyse data and provide benchmarks within the reward workspace. I benchmark roles, salaries and salary ranges, and research benefits, as well as analysing data for the company, such as the gender and ethnicity pay gaps.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I've thoroughly enjoyed my programme, I've had lots of fun while also learning useful skills that I will apply to my role.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt and developed many skills such as SQL, Python and R, and have learned how to properly analyse data.

Why?
It has an excellent culture and a fantastic work life balance. I've also found that it's very easy to progress if you work hard, I've managed to progress from contact centre to senior reward analyst.

Just go for it, you won't regret it!
