it is very well structured and UCEM manage the academic workload well to account for the fact we also work full time

I receive a lot of support from my employer and they fully understand the demands of my degree

I receive lots of support from my training provider and they have regular check ins with me to make sure my wellbeing is okay

the qualification is definitely helping me perform better in my role as it is teaching me the underpinning ideas and theories that direct my role.

Try to communicate your authenticity and don't try and write your application on what you think they want to hear. make sure you do you research on Savills values and sustainability mandates. there is lots of research produced by savills if you can highlight a piece of savills research you have read it will make you stand out from the crowd. Also give the savills podcast a listen
