I work in rural estate management therefore I assist in the running of rural properties including residential houses, commercial buildings, farms and land.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on my programme so far. My colleagues have been welcoming and supportive, and have introduced my to a wide range of training and work.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills including creating licences, dealing with property maintenance issues, instructing contractors, ensuring estates are compliant with company and government compliance e.c.t
