The work itself is enjoyable and interesting along with my experiences with colleagues. The company doesn't feel as though it is supportive of workers on an individual basis. Very corporate attitudes and hierarchy.

support is there if required but otherwise we are left to ourselves for the most part. lots of freedom is encouraged.

Our training provider is quite disorganized and often not clear on what needs to be achieved.

The job at the end of the apprenticeship affords a good standard of living as well as being a fairly stable environment to work in.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to GE Aerospace?
Keep an open mind and focus on the team around you for support rather than the scheme.
