To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I had a very supportive tutor, always on the end of the phone if I needed her and able to 'bounce off' ideas. The bud system was easy to use too.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Learned a lot more in relation to government legislation and how this impacts company policy and procedures

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Almost too structured, there were times that I could have gotten on with more work but had to wait to submit in relation to funding. In the remit there are less busy periods that could've counteracted the more busy busy periods.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My line manager and learning manager have been very supportive throughout and especially at EPA .
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It has helped me to understand that I am good at my job and keep the imposter syndrome at bay.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
As a managers group we have social get togethers once a month. Team building days for the team, games and interactive quizzes in team meetings. Professional speed networking in the local area

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Five Rivers Child Care?
