Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Coding/Technical Workshop, interview skills, learning company's principals, meeting Amazonians.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
In this workshop we only learnt about SDE and nothing about other related roles like network engineers or system administrations etc. I would have love to know other related fields like them as well.

I have learnt so many valuable things about coding and interview skills. I have not experienced such deep concepts of programming in college yet, so I was very impressed and found myself improved those skills.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Amazon really appreciate its company leadership principals which I found very impressive. All the Amazonian I have met through the workshop are very friendly and open to help anyone. I also love how diverse the culture that Amazon has. I am Japanese and studying in Ireland, so I could relate to the atmosphere like 120% which motivates me to work in Amaxon more.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoyed this event more than I expected, even though I was very nervous on the coding workshop in particular. My mentor was very friendly and helpful although I had a little knowledge of programming. He was listening to my explanation always and make me feel comfortable in terms of working with the code.
