Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

At T&T you are given the chance to work across a variety of different projects over the five years and work within different roles. This aims to expand our skillset and allow us to gain as much hands-on experience as possible. I am currently working within a contract delivery team (within programme delivery) and will soon hopefully step into a delivery role. I attend university for two days once a fortnight.

Plenty of new skills in my first 6 months - stakeholder management, supply chain management, contract administration, cost control etc.
