This role is based on gaining you qualification to be a licensed engineer and develop your skills and progress throughout the 3 year time frame.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the hands on physical work but struggle with theoretical side of it.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

the first year is college based and can be a little bit all over the shop with exams and resits but as you venture out to OJT everything has a set time scale for shifts and work that needs to be complete.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

the support from our employer is great and they are on side whenever personal issues develop and aid with ways to get around them or support to get through them.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

we receive everything that we need to gain our qualifications

Now on OJT there are social events that are organised within the shift that you are which are always great to attend.

Look into what you are doing and what the job role entail and where you might be placed after Cardiff as it can be quite hard to find places.
