Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
It was really beneficial, the mentors were very helpful, I especially liked the technical workshops. I learned so much more about effective programming and good programming practices as well. In addition, there were some really informative talks from individuals already at Amazon which provided great insight into what it was like working there.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone was very supportive and helpful. It is obvious that individuals who work at amazon are really nice and kind and try to accommodate for everyone and make sure that everyone is comfortable and has what they need to work properly.
