4/5
-Ensuring that the production line at our site has sufficient components to continue running
-Collaborating with suppliers
-Collaborating with other departments within the supply chain
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
Let's just say I am not bored, there is always something to do whether that is the job or my Uni work. I enjoy being busy so that works for me.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
-A lot of soft skills such as confidence speaking in a business environment and communicating clearly.
-Gain a great deal of knowledge and insight into supply chain management

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The program is clearly structured, both on the job side and the University side. The job side has constant catch-ups with managers to review your progress and next steps allowing you to be pushed in the right direction. On the Uni side each module is clear and has it's own coursework.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Weekly catch-ups and a supportive working environment has never made me afraid to ask for help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
We get a day off each week to dedicate towards my studies.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Some cross-over however due to the job being more specific and the qualification being mostly general, there is limited use.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, there are a number of networking activites, events and social activities such as through NxtGen.
