It has been challenging getting back into learning at my age, but it has been an enjoyable experience.

Coaching

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Very good considering that the learning is all conducted remotely.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Lots of support with regular catch-ups to see how I am getting on and offers of more support f I want it. Management shows a great level of interest in the apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
My Coach mentor has been great and is always supportive while still providing enough of a push to get to achieve at a higher level than I first thought that I could. The tutors have been knowledgeable and their approach has been informative and supportive.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
As I learn more about coaching I am discovering more and more areas of my day-to-day role where it is a help. I use several of the new skills II have learned in meetings etc, and several colleagues have commented that I am more confident since starting the apprenticeship.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
We have a busy schedule of networking events organised by various societies at WTW as well as study groups and the like. There are several networks aligned to Inclusion and Diversity which encourage everyone to be their authentic selves at WTW. These initiatives are actively supported and sponsored by senior management.
