My day-to-day involves travelling across the west midlands to install fiber optic cables, routers, switches and other networking equipment at various sites. Sites include customer locations e.g. Travis Perkins stores or network exchange sites (BT).
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying my programme, there is a lot to take in but I am given the time to make sure I understand the content. I am enjoying the wide range of skills i am learning through the programme.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills, including: understanding of ISP networking. Electrical work and safety. Organizational skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Organization could be better as some courses have taken place in the wrong order. Although this has not impacted my learning journey.

I can contact my training provider anytime i have questions. They have been very good in responses and i know they will be there to help if i need some guidance.
