What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
I really appreciated the phrase of Amazonians: "Every Day is Day One". This means to me that the people who work there are always willing to learn and grow fast. They are innovative and willing to satisfy the costumers. Also, I liked that there is comprehension between the employees and they help and support each other.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I was not waiting to participate in such an organised event. I think it is the best I have ever participated in. Especially, the workshops and the small groups were really important. They gave us the chance to meet each other, communicate and collaborate for solving problems. On the other hand, the main meetings gave us lots of information and tips about applications, interviews and work experiences.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Amazon
I would recommend them to brush up their knowledge in Algorithms and Data Structures. Also, ask questions and for clarifications in interviews. I think that they should be confident to apply in Amazon, because it is worth. The most important is that they should be willing to work and learn!
