Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My role involves booking viewings, managing applicants and negotiating sales.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy my programme as i enjoy the job and people i work with in the office as well as on my course.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt a lot of good skills in my apprenticeship including negotiation, telephone manner, time management and organisation.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
My programme is relatively well structured. The sessions in London are well structured however it is disappointing that more than 50% of training sessions are now done by Teams. The Level 2 programme was originally supposed to take 1 year however we did not end up moving onto the level 4 course for 18 months. The entire programme which was originally supposed to be a 13 month programme and then an 18 month programme but will likely take over 3 years. Aside from this the sessions and programme is well organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive a lot of support from my office and my trainer including regular one to ones and help whenever I need it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I receive a good amount of support from my training provider. We have regular meetings and there are support sessions available.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
The qualification helps me in my role a i have a lot of knowledge surrounding my field. I also know the correct and legal way to conduct estate agency. This said, a lot of what we learn in the qualification is not relevant to my role or property in general.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are plenty of extra curricular activities and networking events that I enjoy.
