I work in the London Commercial Development team, contributing to both consultancy work on long-term development projects and agency work on transactional development deals
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying it thus far, but would like to be slightly more involved in ongoing projects to maximise my learning

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt to multi-task and maintain high organisation given a broad workload coming from multiple colleagues.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well structured, rotating into a new team every four months. We have structured training days to support our learning.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Sufficient, although most support comes from the university
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training days are regular to keep us on track and we have meetings with APC supervisor and counsellor on a bi-monthly basis to stay up to date
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is broadening my understanding of the industry and giving me clarity on key concepts. It gives me more confidence in the workplace.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I play in the 7-a-side football team and cricket teams. I am also involved as a sustainability enabler
