As a Mechanical Engineering apprentice my role helps me to gain relevant skills whilst also learning on the job.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my Apprenticeship very much. the work is very enjoyable and I love learning new skills on the job. the others colleagues also make the days enjoyable as they are constantly supporting me any helping me if I have any questions.

I am constantly developing and learning new skills such as my hand skills with tools, improving my Critical thinking and problem solving skills, as well as gaining more confidence with my communication and people skills
