I enjoy the programme, tutorials are straight forward and enable me to find ways to work shadow new skills and knowledge, also observing the wider roles of the hospital and how what we all do affects other departments. This course gives me the opportunity to do this.

Skills Development

5/5
Developed skills by expanding knowledge in all areas of role, putting more theory behind the things we do everyday and having time to reflect on situations enables me to have better understanding .

Topics are set each month and a 2 year plan is given at the beginning of the programme so you can see what to expect.

5/5
Everything is provided on the Bud platform, activities and tutorials. Teams meetings are regular and tutor is contactable if needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The reflection accounts have been a big help, not something I've ever done before but very worthwhile to stop and think what happened, and the outcome. Having this time to spend more time discussing with colleagues to improve the way we do things.
