Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The event was well-planned, I really enjoyed the variety of content, which included everything from information about application process to practical technical coding questions. Working in small focused groups with a mentor on coding questions was the best part of the event, as we got to get personal feedback and advice.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was definitely useful, as I am in the early stage of exploring what career path i want to choose in the future. The insight in the structure of the company was interesting and useful for my future career decisions.

Yes, during the technical workshops I have developed my Java coding skills and was introduced to new languages (to me), such as Python and C+.

It was very welcoming, which is why it was extremely easy to be vocal even in the smaller groups.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I did not expect to like this event as much as i did.
Hints and tricks for the application process will definitely be taken into account.
The friendly environment in the technical workshops was definitely one of the best parts of the programme. I will definitely consider applying to Amazon for longer internships.
