To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my apprenticeship, especially all of the extra development opportunities to improve my chances for my future in finance.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have gained confidence in my role and in myself as a person, I have learnt to use different accountancy software, and more in-depth knowledge of financial language and using Microsoft excel
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is well organised, with my daily role being full, i have time assigned weekly for my study away from work, and monthly development calls with my mentor, manager and also other apprentices.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a great amount of support from my employer, i feel my development is not only a goal of mine but also a goal of my employer. I have regular meetings with my manager, and several mentors to talk about my goals or struggles.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There is plenty to get involved in at work, we have monthly quizzes, apprentice social events, team social events, sports day, team meals, employee resource groups
