working with tools on aircraft parts whilst being supervised by experienced engineers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
there are a few bottle necks that stop progression and you end up waiting for college work to be marked for upwards of a year. the tools side is good.

Skills Development

5/5

LRTT have extended the apprenticeship and knew before we started that we wouldn't finish in the time they originally stated on application. after this we received minimal support and they forgot to give us the correct work so we started 6 months late.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
it gave us some basics in engineering and aviation but we learned most of what we do from the engineers at Shawbury.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
not much but staff parties can be good
