Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
o Process contract and position changes including benefit deductions.
o Process and monitor management, maternity/paternity, leavers and benefit scheme leaver administration.
o Be accountable for ensuring all employee data post joining is input accurately and on time and complies with M&B personal data retention guidelines (GDPR)
o Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts including all relevant contractual documentation and log/indicate progress on People Net for all employee’s post onboarding.
o Accurately use external websites such as Docusign /EDM in line with company policy.
o Process all leavers timely and efficiently in line with all payroll cut off dates and liaising with all relevant departments.
o Chase outstanding unsigned or incomplete documentation as necessary on a monthly basis.
o Liaise with onboarding teams, Compensation and Benefits team and with Payroll for all related queries tailoring responses directly with RBM’s, Managers and employees.
o Ensure that all completed documentation is accurately identified prior to scanning via EDM (online date management system)
