Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

In terms of life insurance, we use various software (such as, RAFM, unify, radar) to estimate certain 'risk factors' linking to insurance and we manage/review financial data. We also provide advice to clients on how they can 'tackle risks' and costs in the future.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

So far, I've have enjoyed this programme as I have learnt new skills which allow me to improve my knowledge. Also, my colleagues are very nice and are always happy to help.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have enhanced my skills in Excel along with learning a new software called RAFM.

My programme has a good structure as we receive a timetable of how the programme works and what we will be covering on what days.

My employer provides me with good support and is always happy to help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider gives us lots of resources we can use to help us work towards our qualifications. They also make sure that we are on track with our studies by having regular catch-up calls.

We have many extra-curricular activities at work, such as a Early Careers Professionals Network', Apprentice networks, netball teams, etc.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to WTW?
When applying for WTW, I'd say you make sure you read upon the company's value and what they offer. Also, it's good to have some work experience written on your CV as it can show you have some knowledge or transferable skills for the role you are applying to.
