Leading a team of content designers and developers, creating learning content, managing KPI's, managing the learning platform, stakeholder management, data analysis, strategy, compliance learning

I get my allocated time and there's never a problem attending the webinars. My leader is very supportive and able to provide suggestions on what I can do to evidence the KSB's

I've worked here 19 years so can't be too bad. Plenty of roles and variety. If you have a career in mind, chances are you'll find a job here that suits. Lots of benefits and flexibility as well.
