Day 1: Welcome to Jefferies, a lot about the firm & culture, training on how to read the FT, presentations from different business areas. Introduced to Group Project task to work on within groups.
Day 2: Diversity & Inclusion presentations, IB case studies, Deal Teach-Ins, Stock Pitch training, Coffee chats, Group project time.
Day 3: Group Project assessment plus individual interview
