I work in finance, day to day tasks are usually interacting with stakeholders, completing reconciliations, completing apprenticeships lectures and tasks
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the work side of the programme however the apprenticeship side lacks in engagement, as there's not many opportunities to connect in person with other apprentices and also the fact the lectures are solely online can be difficult.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes i have learnt many accounting skills and built on my knowledge on excel and Microsoft office apps. Also greatly Improved my teamwork and communication skills

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Poorly structured. There is no long term plan for the apprentices, job role and salary wise. We have been given no indications of opportunities for us to develop after our apprenticeships and what our role and salary will be once we finish the apprneitceship
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer provides me alot of support with the 6 hours week and is very flexible
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Babington have had many issues with the course, from the start there were many delays in initially getting us onto the course enrollment. We have been through several changes in terms of tutors which isn't ideal.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
