Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The programme was very intersting and full of good interactions with the bankers. During the first 2 days, we had a broad overview of the structure and culture at Jefferies and a professional training on Financial Times and Stock pitch. We receive a presentation of some case study from each team and had a coffee chat with the bankers.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture at Jefferies is collaborative and entrepreunarial. The MD, VP, associates and analystes were very open to us and eager to give us some great insights on the company. The bankers are really pleasant and smart. The way they present their daily job was oustanding and quite different from the other banks. They like delivering better advice to their clients and they really enjoy being investment bankers

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Jefferies International
My advice is to make some researchs on the company to learn their specific culture and structure; try to network with the bankers at Jefferies to learn more about the company, have a concise and specific cover letter and be ready for the interview.
