As a PPF pension administrator, I mostly deal with day to day tasks, such as retirement quotes, death quotes, and change of member's details.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed this opportunity at BW, the only thing I would prefer is a heavier workload

I have been able to develop my communication skills, as I have been on helplines for members.

Brilliantly organised - really enjoy the apprentice days in the other offices

The support I get at BW is incredible, every person I have met has been so welcoming

For the first few months I didnt receive any support from The Growth Company, it took 4 months for me to be introduced to my skills coach, but since then it has improved a lot

BW has been so welcoming to me, and are brilliant and understanding, They are very patient and they understand when someone is new they are prone to making errors, they also believe that mistakes happen which helps. Anyone would be lucky to work here
