Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I create interactive pdfs, infographics and carry out video editing to help us win work for the business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I enjoy my programme as I'm constantly learning new things, it can be quite overwhelming at times when you're trying to balance your studies and your work duties but once you find a good way to prioritise and set time aside it's much more manageable.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I've learnt how to manage my time effectively and prioritise tasks accordingly. Working in an corporate office environment has pushed me outside of my comfort zone and helped me to develop my confidence. Additionally, it has enabled me to mature and be more responsible.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
As I'm the first person within my company to do my specific apprenticeship and I'm in the second cohort of people to complete the online, part-time degree at my college it can be quite disorganised as they don't have prior experience to learn from.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
In my team everyone is always there to help you out and answer your questions, no questions are silly.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
They provide good, constructive feedback for each module and tutorials on how to do certain things or how to fix errors in your work but ultimately it's down to you and how much you put into it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I'm taught how to use different adobe software and how to create certain effects/designs in my qualification which teaches me how to carry out my role and produce better work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There are lots of extra-curricular activities and networking events to attend and get involved in if you wish.
