I have learnt an abundance of new skills both on the shop floor using hand skills and engineering knowledge to read drawings, manuals, safety data sheets and other responsibilities, as well as skills within the office environment and large company ethics.

I think the programme is very well organised for a nationwide apprenticeship, however I think due to expansion there could be a lack of concentration to the hands on skills aquired by apprentices

I think that my role can soly rely on the qualification provided by my training provider within initial stages of the career however i believe development is reliant on the effort of the individual whilst in the environment that the training provider has no say in.
